Support for charging stations for electric vehicles

arama for electric vehicle charging stations is aimed at both natural and legal persons. The call for legal entities will be launched in October. More information here. The implementation period for this project is 44 months (until 31 March 2026).

Funding intensity of support for electric vehicle charging points

Project target groups and funding intensity of support for electric vehicle charging stations (on the fixed charge):

  • Individuals wishing to install EV charging points (3.7-11 kW) in their owned properties (individual houses/courts).

Funding intensity – 40 percent

  • Natural persons wishing to install EV charging points (3.7-11 kW) on real estate owned by them in a multi-family house or on a plot of land in a multi-family house.

Funding intensity – 60 percent

  • Legal entities – managers of common-use properties in a multi-apartment building who wish to install EV charging points (7-22 kW) on properties owned by the residents of the multi-apartment building for the use of the residents of the multi-apartment building on a legal basis.

Funding intensity – 80 percent

  • Public or private legal entities wishing to install EV charging bays (7-22 kW) for their employees.

Funding intensity – 30 percent

Eligibility requirements for natural persons:

  • New (unused) AC charging station with one charging port.
  • Not less than 3,7 kW and not more than 11 kW.
  • Dynamic power management (DLM) is required.
  • The ground-mounted access station shall have an impact resistance class not less than IK-08.
  • The outdoor access station shall have an impact resistance rating of not less than IK-08 and a dust and moisture resistance rating of not less than IP-54.
  • The indoor access station shall have a dust and moisture resistance rating of at least IP-44.
  • Installation work must be carried out by a person holding an Electrical Installation Certificate issued by the State Energy Regulatory Board.
  • The bus stop must be installed within a maximum of 6 months. from the date of the financing decision (extension possible).

Documents required:

  • Invoice for the purchase of a bus stop.
  • Invoice for the installation of a bus stop.
  • Declaration by an approved contractor of the installation of an electric vehicle charging station.
  • Extract from the Real Estate Register of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers.
