Support for charging stations

Phase II support

On 07-09-2023, ENA (Lithuanian Energy Agency) announced a second round of support for private charging stations. The second call for proposals is a new development compared to the first one. In this call, the installation of a Dynamic Power Management (DPM) is not mandatory, and compensation will also be available for the installation of more powerful 22 kW stations. You can select your preferred stop when submitting your application form.

More about support

Owners of individual houses or gardens and residents of blocks of flats can install:

AC up to 11 kW AC power
AC power from 11 to 22 kW

Requirements for charging stations:

Must be new and not previously used;
The ground-mounted charging station shall have an impact resistance rating of at least IK-08;
The outdoor charging station shall have a dust and moisture resistance rating of at least IP-54;
The choice of a charging station with optional equipment (including a dynamic power/load management meter) must ensure the operation of the dynamic power management function (if the station is equipped with a DLM);

IMPORTANT !

Important to know

1. Costs for the purchase and installation of suitable EV charging access from 2023.04.01.
The equipment purchased and installed must be in place no earlier than 01.04.2023
For enterprises benefiting from the General Block Exemption Regulation, expenditure is eligible from the date of submission of the application.

2. Only private EV charging access is funded.

3. Multiple access stations are available: for individuals up to 22kW, for legal entities up to 44kW total power

Important to know

4. You must own the property or have other legal possession of it (rent, lease, leasehold, etc. It must be registered with the registry centre).

5. There is no limit to the number of accesses that can be installed or the number of sites where they can be installed.

6. You can submit your application yourself or with your authorised person.

Unique object number (from the certificate of the Centre of Registers).
Personal code.
Bank account number where the donation will be transferred to.
If the application is not submitted by the owner of the property, you must make sure that the lease or rental agreement is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre and Registry.
Sign the Applicant’s Declaration to certify that you have provided the correct information.

A completed payment claim form;
A photo of the charging station installed;
A declaration by the project promoter on the form attached to the call (the same form you already attached when you completed the application);
a VAT invoice/invoice and a handover/acceptance certificate for the purchase and/or installation of the charging point;
A specification sheet for the charging station confirming compliance with the minimum requirements and/or support for the DLM function.
